The Casio RISEMAN is a solar powered watch in the G-Shock range that is ideally suited to adventurers who enjoy downhill mountain bike racing, snowboarding, skiing or any other fast action sport. The Casio RISEMAN includes an altimeter, barometer and thermometer, as well as a stopwatch, countdown timer, 5 independent daily alarms, world clock and battery level indicator amongst it’s numerous features.

The altimeter included in the Casio RISEMAN has its own built in stop watch so that you can track your altitude changes over any given period, as often as every 5 seconds.

The Casio RISEMAN has three memory banks for storing data, manual memory, current memory and cumulative memory. This enables you to store data for different periods. For example you could store the altitude at any given position in the manual memory. You can store the altitude recordings for a given session in the current memory to show the descent for that day or that run. The cumulative memory will store the altitude recordings for all altitudes measured with the RISEMAN.

The Casio RISEMAN comes with a resin band and is has different styles available for men and women. It features mineral glass and the incredible shock resistance of all G-Shock models. There is an electro-luminescent back light included, so that all features can be seen, even in low light conditions.

The altimeter measures a range from -700 to 10,000 m (-2,300 to 32,800 ft.) and the manual memory can store up to 20 records, each including the altitude along with the date, month and time. Measurements can be selected in either feet or meters.

The barometer will display a range from 260 to 1,100 hPa (7.65 to 32.45 inHg) and show a graphical representation of pressure tendency and pressure differential.

The thermometer displays a range from -10 to 60°C (14 to 140 °F) in units as low as 0.1 °C (0.2 °F). As with the altimeter and barometer you can select which measuring scale you wish to use.

World times can be displayed for 29 different time zones each with its own city code and daylight saving setting. You can easily switch between home time and the time in any of these zones.

Of the 5 independent alarms, four are one time alarms, but one includes a snooze feature for those extra Z’s

You can choose to have your Casio RISEMAN notify you on the hour every hour if you wish.

The Casio RISEMAN has an automatic power saving feature that will make the display go blank if the watch is left in the dark. But the incredible power of the solar batteries means that once fully charged the Casio RISEMAN can run for 7 months, or 20 months if left in the dark on power save. This means it could be stowed away in a drawer for long periods and will still be just as accurate when you take it out again.

The Casio RISEMAN includes a fully automatic calendar valid until 2099 and measures time by the Hour, minute, second, pm, month, date and day. It is accurate to ±15 seconds per month and measures 51 X 48.9 X 15.9 mm weighing in at only 60.5g
